One of the officials said President Barack Obama is reluctant to revisit a war that he opposed and has repeatedly declared over.

That's from the article. Depressing picture. A real mess. Iraq is a victory that has been thrown away. Instead of being the center of resistance against extremists, it's in danger of becoming the heart of global jihad. And the fool al-Maliki kicked us out, and now is begging for help.
