The merger brings value to RCG immediately upon closing as long as the market values it more than the price we paid for it. You might want to call some biotech analysts to obtain their perspective on Scitech. Actually, you might want to wait for the prospectus to be out and read it for yourself and come to your own conclusions. Call me anytime. Joe
