IIRC, Obama had both houses of Congress for two years and blew it getting the ACA illegally and corruptly "enacted". He got his trillion which was summarily blown on political payoffs for his supporters. He got the ACA. And from there just thank God the PEOPLE voted to take away the Democrat majority in the House.

Seems to me it is working precisely as it was supposed to, other than the illegal and corrupt actions of the ACA. Which we haven't heard the last word on yet.
