This Micron .25 article was from the newswire in November..

''We have initiated an aggressive production ramp in our fabs to 0.25 micron process technology. Since we already have our 0.30 micron 16 Meg SDRAM in volume production, we now offer one of the most complete product lines of 125MHz SDRAM components required to build 100MHz SDRAM modules,'' said Jeff Mailloux, Micron's DRAM Marketing
Manager.

I have a news article from Dow Jones I believe that was emailed from Larry on the MU thread. This article was the one stating that MU wants to go to ALL .25 Microns. I'll post the email (source) on Monday to the NEWS ONLY THREAD, it's at the office.

I believe manufactures will slowdown their fab expansion to a degree but probably won't change their ordering of .25 micron technology proportiately. They'll move to upgrade current facilities. This is my personal opinion.
