yup.. doc complains, but they aren't dangerous, merely above "recommended levels", which is the whole idea the recommended levels are set at a level slightly above deficiency Whole lot of literature out there suggesting many benefits from elevated D levels ...and like pot, not much has been documented in terms of negative effects and that includes folks regularly dosing at 100,000 units and above
