That is the case with all supplements and it's too bad that the FDA or some agency doesn't do studies to baseline efficacy

I preach about niacin as being a better cholesterol regulator, actually balancing HDL and LDL levels as well as, and without the side effects of Statins, but nobody gives docs golf clubs for prescribing niacin...
