It is easy to, after the fact, say, "Gosh, that war was a bad idea." And I will readily admit the end result, from where we stand today, doesn't look too good. But it is a pretty giant step to go from there to, "We shouldn't have gone to war in Iraq." Because that decision had to be made with the information available at the time and the circumstances that existed then. That's why there was broad support for it.

We knew, in December 2011 that it was going to be trouble to move out prematurely.

Regardless of whether a person supported the war or not, there can be no disagreement about one thing. This dolt currently in the White House blew it badly.
