Difficult to know what to do now, recent buyers will want to take quick profits, recent sellers can't buy back in right away (unless forfeiting the capital losses which are worth quite a bit). And the bullion is still falling. And the press release states, "Ministry of Energy and Mines has approved and issued a resolution instructing the issuance of the Brisas hardrock mining title", which isn't exactly the same thing as saying that the title HAS been issued. O.
