"The current American electorate do not have the smarts to think in a non-partisan way" Or, Obama doesn't have the smarts to see thinking in a non-partisan way is a losing position in a country and a world which doesn't work like a community in search of an organizer to solve problems. No, "we can't just all get along." That's a fantasy.
