That's because Dems like you and koan expect Obama should endorse their positions emphatically while ignoring what Rs are saying. He's the president...........not chairman of the Dem party. There is a significant difference.

What hard core partisans like you, koan and me don't understand is that there is a whole segment of the American population that has no clue what's happening in DC. They just want it to stop. And that's whom Obama is trying to serve. Unfortunately, these people are terribly apathetic and uninformed. They are too self absorbed and indifferent to care about the major issues. They are the ones who present the biggest danger to the American democracy.
