Richard Engle reported that ISIS stole over $400m from the Iraq central bank, as well as collecting lots of weapons from the fleeing Shia army. More importantly, cigarettes and alcohol have been banned from Mosel, and women have been ordered to wear hijabs. No wonder half a million people fled the city. Richard Haas said, "The consequences [of these events] will find us. Even if we decide not to engage the middle east, trust me, the middle east will find a way to engage us."
