re: filings as I understand, the refinery "meeting" took place Saturday Dec. 6th?? If so, it would be interesting to know at what time. . . as it seems Mike, Ken, Kevin & Glenn immediately thereafter called/or visited Global Finl. Group to file their intents to sell - (the very same day - _Saturday_). sorry to say, I've forgotten the link between Mike P to Global Finl. Group ... whether they worked for Global Finl. etc. . . although the # of shares is relatively insignificant - I thought the date & name(s) were. seen the "odd lots" 2,125 / 4,625 / 10,250 / 3,000 leads me to think they are dumping their entire holdings? ? ?
