Kagan and Sotomayer are Ok, but neither is a hard core young brilliant liberal. <So it is easy to see what the result of that is. The plutocrats have their judges and the rest of us do not, so much. And the result is democracy gets undermined and the rich get richer and poor get poorer. I don't understand. You think that Obama's appointed judges are on the side of the rich?>> Some, but mostly he didn't appoint hard core liberal judges to counteract the hard core right wing judges. And he was slow in doing it.
