US is lending via IMF at very high rates and is forcing Korea to have banks charge high rates of interest. US is also forcing Korea to open up banks and companies to foreign capital. The Korean restructuring will be a global play. Imagine buying up Korea at throw-away prices. Koreans are finding it hard to swallow the medicine, but they know they have to. It's economic subjugation because of their folly.
