Obama has a plan, no doubt this invasion was monitored by the US security forces for days before the attack. No doubt he decided using drones and or air strikes on terrorists in the desert was not to his interests. Certainly he was offered plans to address this invasion but decided to do nothing.

I think most all of this is inevitable, the break up along religious lines, and the slaughter. But I also think if you see terrorists traveling or organizing a invasion they are fair game in the ISIS territory. Drone's, air strikes, etc.

Someone should have seen far enough ahead to think the embassy is at risk. Does Obama want to watch the televised Al Qaeda take over of this embassy in Bagdad?
