John, >>Not so sure about the y2k companies. I did not mean to infer y2k companies should be bought. I believe software folks will have jobs and more than likely temporary type arrangements. It is my opinion software replacement is finished. It takes more than two years to put in a new system. The work from here on in will be getting the systems up an running that have been started and out and out grunt work. I know..was in the business for 30 years. Companies here in the twin cities started new system upgrades 2 and 3 years ago and are increasing labor to get them finished by 2000. Joan
