Yes, which is why its good that they can lose their contract.

You wouldn't find that in the public sector.

All sorts of public sector organizations have provided horrible service, or even made things dangerous.

As I've already posted here water isn't the clearest most obvious area for benefit from the private sector being involved, but even in this area privatization has resulted in some significant benefits. Did you read the details about that in my post?
