How many times do you hear about public water systems where there are chunks in the water coming out of your faucet? Not often... because people wouldn't put up with it, and the political apparatus knows that. They are under much more scrutiny than the private sector. You say "water" isn't the best privatization argument... but you continue to argue it. Just say "OK", a good government function. Admit that government does some things very, very well. Especially ours, mostly responsible for the USA being the most successful country in the world. With a very large government.
