What's awful is he subsequently died from a morphine/alcohol overdose after the VA was too busy spending its money installing solar fucking panels instead of hiring physicians to see the backlog of veterans who need treatment for everything from PTSD (the REAL PTSD) to drug and alcohol dependence.
