Yeah, I suppose if Congress were "functioning" as intended, they could save us from poverty, terrorism, and even the demise of Planet Earth. All with the stroke of a pen, LOL

That's right. Gov't doesn't do anything except start wars. Its mighty corps like INTC that will save the nation.
BTW when exactly is that going to happen?
