RE: Maybe you can be more definitive about the co's 'manipulation'

The press release was likely issued to stop the bleeding on RMIL. That is manipulation of sorts. Not the kind that would bring legal trouble unless it were demonstrated to be part of a pattern of manipulation. To date, I have not made a claim that RMIL was a fraud, so don't think that I am implying ongoing manipulation.

Isn't that where IOMG was shorted to?

Again, try as I may, I can not see using Iomega as a model for RMIL. Iomega had a product on the shelves in 1994. They had name brand recongnition. And they had revenues. They had intellectual property and patents. They had cash flow. They had audited books. They had quarterly revenue reports (they had revenue). They had a work force that included many brilliant engineers (who brought us the Zip and Jazz drives). None of which RMIL enjoys at this point in time.
