It is a typical example of government and the confused priorities that always seem to ooze out of it. No longer is the care of veterans the priority. Setting an example for the use of solar power is. Which was the point of the solar cells. Not the production of cheaper electricity, but to show how government with unlimited. Borrowing ability can spend money toward solar energy. Had nothing to do with healthcare or even saving money.
