The Kurds are pretty modern and understand democracy. I would like to see them establish a homeland. The other countries boarding their tribal lands have been beating the shit out of them forever. Kurds are as tough as anyone. If they have equal military stuff they will hold for sure. Now that they have Kirkuk they also will have a lot more money exporting oil. I still don't know how they will get it out?
