I was watching a food show tonite that was surveying some Kentucky traditions--old and new.

I saw Burgoo Stew being made in eastern Ky. and being oohed and ahhed over and as well as barbecued mutton in Owensboro Ky.

have you had the pleasure of either and if so what did you think of them?
