It (the AZ facility alone -- this happened around the country, however) cost about $20 Million, and is expected to generate $300,000 worth of electricity per year. So, if you ignore interest and maintenance costs, it would pay for itself in merely 67 years. Counting interest and maintenance costs, it would pay for itself, well, NEVER.
