Chicago Bridge and Iron doing an impression of a waterfall. Article on Seeking Alpha alleging indigestion with their Shaw Group acquisition and serious accounting issues, and predicts CBI will have to take a huge writedown on the goodwill carried on their books: seekingalpha.com I'm not an accountant and have a small position in CBI, and made some money on them in the past.
