(edit) I can't imagine massive accounting fraud given Bufffet's 10% stake. This strikes me more of a short attack/mini flash crash. That said stock is now broken short term so hard to say where it goes. Looks like delta hedging probably kicked in as well from option players. Article was perfectly timed for that effect. Let's see if company responds directly. Of the construction plays I'd rather be in energy infrastructure than any other sub sector at this point. Will try to read their report in full tonight. Company says they have flexibility to do share buyback or increase divvy. Let's see if they have any credibility. I did get greedy here. No reason to buy until at least the 1 hr chart showed signs of a bottom.
