Patrick,

Great Analysis, I have no problem with it. A couple of comments thought.

I thought MUEI contributed about half of the $.33 it earned last quarter. Also MU indicated it is moving its product to SDRAM from DRAM but as far as 16mb to 64mb we do not know where they stand. As far as crossover of 64mb with 16mb it hasn't occurred, but MU in did indicate that when need is there they will be ready for it.

As far as far as my feeling of an upside scenario, I do not know what to expect out of this asian scenario but if it gets any worse all Memory companies could get damaged severely. If MU weathers this storm than my feeling is they will come out on top.

You know your comment about Dell has another twist to it. Besides DELL buying Memory from the KOREANS maybe MU should buy off the them too. IF the Koreans are in so much financial trouble and are going to start DRASTICALY dumping chips at under $2 and MUs cost is over $3 than MU get make an easy $1 a chip.<ggg> ..Only kidding.

Good Luck Trading
