On that thread, he bans anyone who posts anything contrary to his pro AGW beliefs and politics. His chief helper is Wharf Rat.

That's a common phenomenon on all SI's moonbat boards. If they want to engage in one sided circle jerks and censor any deviation from "correct thought", it's an understandable aspect of their ideology.

I thought about banning Land Shark in response to his booting whitepine from the now seldom used enviro thread, but I won't stoop to that level. I'll only give "time outs" for egregious personal attacks, although I made a permanent ban exception for AlexMG, as that individual seems to have serious anger issues that I'd rather not put up with here.
