Tweeted about this stock 2 times today, doing really well today, yet no chat on the board today. Cool!! I do most of my "tweeting" on StokTwits (Scrutinizer), but I will look at the SI Twitter idea..
I've been a long term SI participant, so I would prefer to post stuff here, out of loyalty.. ;)
Btw, I have a HUNCH that the reason QTWW did so well on this news is because Dillon Transport was an Agility Fuel Systems customer for fuel tank integration.. And they have a good size fleet of trucks and seem to be expanding via WPRT CNG/LNG engines..
So.. considering that QTWW's stock price SUFFERED terribly because of the stupid reaction on the AFS/Hexagon JV (which will take up to 2 years to begin producing CNG tanks of a inferior capacity to Quantum's), it makes sense that it would rebound on news that an Agility Fuel Systems customer is turning to Quantum for their CNG fuel storage/management needs.
Here's a link from a few years ago showing the AFS/Dillon customer linkage: It's from 2012, and referring to LNG, but there's a comment that they are reserving a decision to use CNG instead.

Add to that the growing connection between WPRT and QTWW, especially through the large shareholdership in both companies by Kevin Douglas, and I think we can see that Quantum is going to become more noticed in the CNG truck conversion/production markets.
And add to that the turmoil in the Mid-East, which is VERY likely only to grow worse and disruptive to oil supplies, and we have the makings of a major move by transportation companies to make the transition to CNG as soon as they can..
Since US produced NG supplies are landlocked and unable to be exported, they are obviously doing the same math that I am..
