My question to everyone is: if the institutions or the converts are now in charge of the company, what can they do with this awful mess? Are there secured debtholders/bondholders/banks ahead of them? If so, don't they have no choice but to try to keep CTYS going as an operating company since they would get nothing in a liquidation until the debt is paid in full?
