Take a look at the DOW action a half hour before the announcement (1.00pm) on this 1-minute chart and the slight sell off just after the announcement mid hr, ... look at how the MAs converged and broke out and now the 20-day is supporting the price action, lets see if it can sustain it into the close.

The DOW's been tracking the 20-day EMA all week now, ... pretty much centered on the lowers.

When they talk about uncertainty, ... this is a prime example.
