Flat going in doesn't mean Q4 will be flat. It's the big Christmas buying season. Yahoo! has open up new advertising pages that are already bringing in more revenues! According to an interview with Jerry Yang, the number of active advertisers is doubling every year. I'd be surprised not to see strong growth.
