It will be interesting to see the second quarter results. After that report, I suspect that their auditors are taking a close look at the goodwill. I took a quick look at their financial statements. Take out the goodwill and they have a negative net worth of approximately $1.6 billion. They also had a negative cash flow from operations for 2013 and for the first quarter of 2014.
