Yes I got in in the $24 range, and it will be a long time when the stock reaches 24. As to your question why bother with a private lawsuit. I did my full research before investing and I don't consider the market Atlantic City. I fight for money when I think that I was defrauded. It is not only that I want my money or part of it back but you cannot feed a lawless society. As to lawyers the only ones making money. 2 points. 1) the lawsuits are in their already anyways. 2) In a private lawsuit the lawyer takes his fee on contingincy 1/3 of what he recovers. So he takes less than you. As to 13c on the dollar. I said that was a conservative estimate. And anyways its better than just walking away, and feeling like a sucker,. I did not intend my original posts for wimps who do not care to fight and let criminals do their work, only for people who fight for what is right.
