As moderator I do ascribe to free speech within limits. I will tolerate some dissent and skepticism over the environment movement, but will not tolerate off topic, political comments, or smearing of climate scientists. That includes any accusations of fraud or academic misconduct...

Yep.. sounds pretty fascist to me.. So.. In Land Shark's world, a Climate Scientist has Carte Blanche to engage in fraud and academic misconduct..

Just so long as it involves the AGW agenda..
