I am also extremely familiar a nearby (San Mateo) company which I noticed you hold... ERTS (I have several friends and acquaintances who work for the company, including some current and former executives). Siebel has a nice little business and good management - however they are in a business which (much like RMDY, VNTV, CLFY) faces fragmentation and stiff competition. The company is very expensive relative to the risks involved.
