To David regarding income from MUEI to MU earnings - The following link on MUEI indicates MUEI earnings last quarter was $14 million. biz.yahoo.com IF MU owns 64% of MUEI, then MUEI contributed about 9 million to the $72 million reported by MU. So 9/72 of $.33 = $.04 4th qtr report from MU homepage: micron.com Regarding crossover fro 16 to 64, it takes a lot of time. Patrick
