It wasn't latest s-3. I know I control the buyer. It was a seller from Persian who came into H.J. Meyers. It is a screaming buy. ACTV doesn't have control over the cable operator announcement. The cable operator does. TCI and others are getting ready to place a 25 million set top box order and the value is 4 billion. Nextlevel will participate. Going digital is no longer swimming in a pond but is now an ocean. I saw article of this in a cable trade magazine this week. If you would all look TCI hasn't even announced going digital in Texas yet. How could a cable operator be announced for ACTV. As they say be patient and they will come. TCI has a strategy.
