Fargo might be extreme! :) But I will be interested to see if we start to get alternative tech start-up clusters elsewhere. I can see that established companies with high revenue aren't going to care about higher rents for themselves - or needing to pay employees more to compensate for higher living costs - but could be a significant issue for start-ups.
