Cypress nearing book value and on this basis is the cheapest semi I can find( Atmel is closing though). In the 10Q there is mention of one of their suppliers possibly going bellyup and this would "materially affect" the company. Anyone have any news on this? I'm going to buy if it gets any closer to book. Karl
