In the area of solutions, though, things fall apart. Hello, Kate. I wouldn't derive that summary from that article, though mine would be close. Solutions which fail to take into account the present structural arrangements are much more likely to make things worse rather than better. I can imagine an approach which would take into account the Export-Import Bank relationships with large multinationals and begin to address some of the more destructive consequences. But ignoring those structures is a recipe for "falling apart."
