Dear Ruby, strong suggestions of deceit and disagreement??? Who is suggesting that? What do you mean by deceit? My bet is that, in spite of a rocky beginning, thanks to a certain disgruntled ex-founder and selfish tax shelter investors, the company will continue to focus on its corporate plan, just like it has since Roy Leahy came on board with his team. Just like you I am amazed at the extent of discord between the early investors and current management. However I would not go as far as saying that we were poorly advised. Was Xinex supposed to issue a news release telling us how certain shareholders were feeling? I believe that good sense will prevail and that the disgruntled shareholders involved in whatever lawsuit will not be shareholders in the long-term, paving the way for the real supporters to benefit. That being said I don't have anything personal against the ex-founder and these tax shelter guys. I guess they are just trying to make a point. I am confident that 1998 will be a good year for Roy and his team.

Talk to you on December 19th.
