Since I have to run an errand real quick, please excuse me for trying to answer a couple questions in one post.

First off John, your last response meant a great deal to me. Your line <<<Bottom line is we do have much in common. See MRVC (and their many hard working employees)along with our investors prosper.>>> really said it all to me. Even though at times we all have differences in how we get there, I still respect the goal to gain more information and insight. And also to let our feelings known. Very well done post John, and I do wish all of us the best.

Second, Michael asked about Lucent and competition. John answered this in an earlier post. From the meeting the direct competitors that Noam named were Cisco, 3 Com, and Bay. There is a lot that can be said just on this comment alone so I will stand aside.

Third Carey asked how many were at the meeting. I believe someone else answered this question but I am just guessing, roughly 40 people. There was a point that I started counting and had to stop to start writing once again. Looking back, I probably should have finished counting. I think it was at the begginning when the directors and such dispensed with the usual pre meeting issues.

Mike Winn, thanks for the earlier posts. Well done.

As a last comment before I run, I cant speak for everyone in attendance, but I believe we all left the meeting excited about the company's future, reasonably happy with the goals accomplished since the last annual, but still questioning ourselves and the market when we got home last night. Even though none of us that attended could guarantee what will happen in the future, I think we can all say that while there is always room for improvement we do repsect the work ethic and the willingness to react to investors concerns even though we all may believe at times it takes some time. One thing that I would like to say is that I am satisfied now by seeing MRVC's business. This goes a long way considering the drop in price of the stock over the past couple months. It gave me an understanding that even though I can not predict what this quarters EPS will be, I know that at the time my money is well invested. It also brought me to the conclusion to jump on when we have price dips that seem exceedingly severe. And that helps considering this happens a few times per year.
