I don't recall referencing North Korea in my post, nor do I have any desire to turn the U.S. into North Korea. The fact is that the U.S. currently allows a million legal immigrants a year, which is more than all other countries on earth combined. That is why Cantor lost his job. He was a shill for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce which wants more immigration to suppress wages. In colonial times legal immigration was encouraged to fill up the country so colonial powers couldn't easily take "our" land. It seems to me that those goals have been pretty much accomplished. As for illegal immigration, why would anyone be in favor of it?
