Q4 is the high point for telco buying all year. We'll know
soon enough once Vertel earnings come out in Jan. There may be
another chance to show telco intentions at the TMN summit. We'll
see what happens in March also.

Price shows that all are in a show-me state with the price
being so low. Good news is that new VP Prof. services would
not leave 20 years of HP if he knew company was going out of
business.
