Good Morning Everyone,

I wanted to take this opportunity to try and answer some questions and
to address some issues that have come up and feel need to be discussed. I
will do them in no particular order of importance nor will I try to put
them in any particular logical order.

1. The meeting in San Francisco with an investment banker that was
originally scheduled for Sept. 10th was cancelled because of some type of
personal family matter of one of the members of the investment banker.
The meeting cancellation seemed to provoke some panic that particular
morning. I found out that the meeting had been already rescheduled for
Sept. 13th which was on a Friday. I inadvertently mentioned that the
meeting was rescheduled for a week from Friday which would have been
Sept. 20th. Thus the confusion. Take my word for it. The meeting did take
place as Mr. Murphy spoke briefly of it at the meeting in Dayton on the
17th. He was not permitted to tell us details or who it was with but
assured us it went very well and that Mr. Peters put on a great
presentation. Meetings for final presentation with others are being
finalized.

2. BELATED THANK YOU NOTES--- I wanted to take this opportunity to
personally thank Joe Murphy, John Adams, and Larry Shatsoff for taking
time from a very hectic schedule. Those that attended know what a great
presentation was made. I did not realize the scope of DCI before that
meeting and I thought I pretty much knew the entire picture.
I also wanted to thank all my friends from the Internet who took the
time and expense to be there. I wish those that didn't attend could have
had the experience of meeting each other. That was a real thrill for me.
We truly have some great people out there.

3. On a more serious note--As you know I could probably get up on my
soapbox to answer the naysayers who have seemed to have come out of the
woodwork. I guess that comes with the territory when you're name is
recognizable by 1000's. Raleigh Baughman has gone through it, so has
Colin Cody, Joe Schmidt, Steve Temple, Lou Truex, etc. We will always be
blamed when a stock goes down on a given day and praised if the
particular stock comes up. Those that really know anything about
investing should never accept one person's word as gospel. All any of us
can do is work as hard as we can to bring you what we believe to be
something worth investigating. It is then up to you, if you like the
story, to start doing your homework. YOU must be responsible for your
decision to invest or not. It is your hard-earned money, not mine. I
spend approximately 1200-1400 dollars a month doing my research which
includes my phone bill, Track-On-Line, Prodigy, & Internet bill. This
does not include my time which is approaching 18 hours a day. I ask
nothing in return but a simple thanks. Not a thanks for your stock goin'
up but just a thanks for the effort. I don't expect praise if you hit the
jackpot nor do I expect to be treated like dirt if your stock heads
south. Some of the hate mail I received (from a very few) takes the fun
out of this for me. I am gentleman enough not to repeat the contents nor
their names. They know who they are and they have to live with
themselves.
While I'm on the subject I must also say this. I have had at least 200
phone calls from all over the country since last Wednesday. I can't thank
you people enough for your words of encouragement. I'll continue to try
the best I can but that is all I have ever promised.

4. I still continue to believe and have the utmost confidence in Frank
Peters and his 21st Century technology. As Joe Murphy has said, "Frank
Peters is a Technology Genius". I also continue to believe and have the
utmost confidence in the many years of Wall Street expertise of Joe
Murphy. More importantly, I believe in the character of both of these
gentlemen. That to me ranks #1 in my due diligence.

5. With that being said, I look forward to some imminent news. I'm hoping
for some as early as Monday. If not--try Tuesday. I believe that both
companies will have several releases in the next few weeks. Your guess is
as good as mine BUT!--each step gets us a little closer.

6. Again, thanks for all the support and let's try to remember one thing.
We're in this to try and help each other. Let's keep the decorum and
let's make sure that we, as individuals, take responsibility to do some
follow-up homework. O.K.? I still hold to this theory on this entire
situation. Look to POSITION and have some PATIENCE. Good things don't
happen yesterday. Good things happen in the future, whether it be in the
next minute, the next day, next month, or next year----but they don't
happen by accident. They happen because of alot of hard work, timing,
desire to succeed, and a good dose of some good people helping one
another.
