You can't possibly think that unreimbursed treatment is 'FREE' can you?

That doctors and nurses time and efforts, and materials expended, and beds maintained, and utilities, and insurance, etc., etc., etc., the entire panoply of medical services that is provided to, say... a serious traffic accident victim..., is of "NO COST"....

You can't possibly believe in that magical thinking.

Even writing off part as a tax loss will only cover some small portion of the loss.
