This Bull run doesn't end until the CB's want it to. End of Story...

And guess what... When the 5/20 Zman Date window was approaching the ECB sent the signal in May that they were going to throw the kitchen sink of liquidity/stimulus at the market in June per this Article which came out on 5/26 just as Zman Date window was closing...

And at the same time lookee here at what the Fed did right on 5/21 (the epicenter of the Zman Date window)... They just so happened to let $142 Billion worth of Reverse Repo's expire. The Fed has been steadily draining reserves (tightening policy) since late 2013. Then when the Zman Date hit they suddenly reversed course and let $142 Billion liquidity flood back into the coffers of the banks which quickly deployed this cash to their HFT bots to send stock prices to da moon.

This is why I have come to the conclusion that even the best TA set-ups are NO MATCH for CB intervention... You can put up all the bearish E-wave charts you want and find major cycle synergy dates, but if the CB's aren't ready to let the market drop then you will just find yourself caught in a BEAR TRAP.

The moral of the story is that CB's call all the shots when it comes to the stock market. You can play the short-term wiggles with cycles, e-wave, etc., but the underlying TREND is dictated by the CB's. And based on how they reacted to the Zman Date window it is clear that they want this Bull to keep on running.

Don't fight the Fed.
