I've always believed the WMD argument was the least important reason for invading Iraq. And it WAS political expedient, as you say. There were several good arguments for doing it, but I'm sure after Bush was told it was a slam dunk it made perfect since to base the invasion on that.

But I know we disagree about that. What I was wondering about is whether you believe the Iraqi people should just move back to dictatorship and let it go?
